Tony Playing the Large Gong

Tony (Antony) has worked as a healer in many modalities. His first Healing work was Body Work, soon followed by breath work and from then on as Spirit guided him. At this time, Tony is healing at the Cosmic level, towards Planetary Healing with the Oneness of Being as a Conscious guide towards this goal.

"The gong is one of the oldest instruments of healing and has been used for thousands of years in meditation, ceremony and rituals. Today they are used in yoga and meditation classes, sound therapy practice, group gong bath meditations and in palliative and cancer treatment centers to promote health and well-being.  They are also a wonderful addition at weddings, family celebrations, workshops, and music festivals."

"The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation.

The Gong produces a strong sound wave, almost tangible to the touch, which stimulates the physical body by influencing the surface of the skin and every cell.

On a physical level, the gong releases tension and blocks in the body, it stimulates a higher functioning of the glandular and nervous system, it increases prana, our vital life force and improves circulation."

"No,  water is not involved in a Gong Bath Meditation"

Instead, you are bathed in the sounds and vibrations of gongs, Himalayan & crystal bowls, chimes, drums, rattles, drones, and voice, as they wash over you. It is a  sound bath that creates profound relaxation.

Gong Bath Meditations alter brain wave patterns from the Beta (waking state) to Theta & Delta (meditative) states. Science teaches that meditative brain frequencies enable us to access our deeper subconscious and superconscious, which are key states for healing."
